You can pay for your order by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Paypal, Apple Pay, Bancocat and Ideal.
You will be able to pay for your order in euros (EU), dollars (USD), pounds (£) and Swiss franc (CHF).
If your payment has been declined, please proceed to payment again by clicking on "retry payment".
If it still does not work, verify that you enter the correct security code:
- For VISA and MasterCard, it's the three-digit number on the back of your card.
- For American Express cards, it's the 4-digit code on the front of the card.
Your card issuer may have refused your payment, and as we do not know the reason, we suggest you contact your bank directly. If you have checked all of the above information, try paying with another card or contact our Customer Service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, our team will answer from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (GMT+2).
You card will be charged once the parcel is shipped.
