We ship throughout the following countries:
- Fragrance Products: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to France, Belgium, Corsica, Guadeloupe, French Guinea, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion Island, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Wallis-et-Futuna, Andorra, Lichtenstein, San Marino, Baleares Islands, Canaries Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland Islands, Büsingen, Heligoland, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Lake Lugano, Cerdeña, Sicilia, Archipiélago Toscano, Archipiélago Napolitano, islas Pelagias, Islas Egadas, Islas Eolias, the Vatican State, Netherlands Antilles, Monte Athos, Azores, Madeira, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Spain and Slovenia. Additionally, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

• Fragrance Order will be delivered within 1-5 business days.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from ninaricci.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product. Thirty (30) days for orders shipped to Germany.
All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached to them. Fragrance products must be unopened. Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Nina Ricci will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
To begin a return, contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday from 9AM to 7PM and Saturday from 10AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time, holidays excluded. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.
How to return a fragrance order?
Once your fragrance package has been prepared, please schedule a collection with UPS: call 0 173 006 661.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s) by our Customer Service team.
All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you have received an incorrect order, damaged or faulty product or you have experienced an allergic reaction please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com including your name and order number. Our Customer Service team is available from 10am to 6pm CET (Monday-Friday).
