Fragrances: ANTONIO PUIG S.A. is a Spanish company incorporated and registered in Spain, whose registered office is located at Plaça d’Europa 46-48, 08902, Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), registered with the Barcelona Trade Register under number A08158289, VAT number: ESA08158289.

The Products are offered strictly for personal and domestic purposes. Any resale, whether regular or occasional, is strictly prohibited.
As part of the Friends & Family sale, delivery is limited to the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
All sales of Products made through the Website, even to consumers located in the aforementioned territory, are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the customer expressly accepts when placing an order.
The Company may amend or update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable version for any given order is the one in force on the date the order is placed.

The products offered as part of the Friends & Family sale are available while stocks last.
Items from this sale cannot be combined with other products offered under private sales, promotions, or discounts available on the site.
While the Company ensures that the information displayed about products offered for sale on the Website is as accurate as possible, it declines all liability for minor errors. Moreover, although every effort is made to ensure that photographs and other reproductions of the Products shown on the Website are as accurate as possible, the Company disclaims any responsibility for non-material errors or omissions.

4.1 General Principles

The Products offered on this Website are intended for end consumers located in the areas listed in Article 2 (strictly for personal, domestic, and private use), to the exclusion of other regions.
To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, have legal capacity, and hold a credit card or another payment method accepted on the Website (as specified at checkout).
The customer undertakes to ensure that all information provided to the Company via the Website when placing an order complies with these Terms and Conditions of Sale, is accurate, and is up to date. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and corresponding payment. The Company cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
It is expressly agreed between the Company and the customer that emails exchanged between the parties and any information recorded on the Website via the Company’s automatic recording systems are deemed authentic and may serve as evidence.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order: (i) placed by a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a previous order; or (ii) that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4.2 Order Process

On the Website, the customer selects the desired Product(s), quantity, and, where applicable, size or format, and adds them to their shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. The customer may freely edit their “CART” online.
Once satisfied, the customer clicks “CONFIRM” and provides the required details.
After all information has been duly entered and validated, the price of the Products and, where applicable, additional shipping fees, are automatically displayed. The customer must then click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT.”
The Company acknowledges receipt of the order via an email sent to the address provided by the customer. Upon shipment of the Products to the chosen delivery address, the Company will send another email confirming dispatch.

Displayed prices include the exceptional discount applicable to the Friends & Family sale and represent the final prices, including all taxes. The crossed-out prices on the site correspond to the recommended retail prices.
Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT and applicable taxes, but exclude additional delivery charges. Any supplementary shipping costs (beyond standard delivery) are automatically displayed at checkout.
Applicable prices are those in force at the date the order is placed.

Customer purchases must be paid by credit or debit card. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, or any other means indicated on the Website.
By making a transaction, the customer agrees to be charged. The customer’s card is debited after verification of their identity and banking details. If payment is refused, the order will not be processed and/or will be cancelled.
Ownership of the Products remains with the Company until full payment has been received.
For orders including both fashion and fragrance products, payment will be processed directly by the fashion company (NINA RICCI S.A.R.L).

Products ordered as part of the Friends & Family sale are delivered exclusively within the EU, Switzerland, and the UK.
The delivery timeframe is two (2) weeks from order confirmation. The Company disclaims liability for delays and cannot respond to delivery-time inquiries.
Products are delivered only to the address provided by the customer. Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Once payment is validated, Products are shipped via postal or courier service at the Company’s discretion. Ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have a legal right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without having to provide any reason.

Returned Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with original labels and packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided (manual, certificate of authenticity, etc.). Personalized, altered, damaged, incomplete, or soiled Products will not be refunded.

As part of the Friends & Family sale, returns are free of charge. Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days of the Company’s receipt of the returned Products or proof of their dispatch by the customer.

Customers must verify that delivered Products match their order.

Products are subject to the following legal guarantees, independent of any commercial warranty:

Conformity: The seller must deliver a product conforming to the contract and is liable for any non-conformity at delivery. Non-conformity appearing within 24 months of delivery is presumed to exist at delivery unless proven otherwise. Customers may request repair or replacement, unless disproportionate for the Company. This guarantee entails no cost for the customer.

Hidden Defects: The seller is liable for hidden defects rendering the product unfit for intended use or significantly reducing its usability. Customers may act within two years of discovering the defect, either returning the product for a refund or keeping it with a price reduction.

If incorrect Products are delivered, the customer must:

Inform the Company as soon as possible at contact@ninaricci.com, explaining the issue and providing the order number;

Return the Products in original packaging, unused, in perfect condition, with all accessories/documents, and a copy of the delivery slip;

Follow the return procedure provided by the Company. Return costs are covered only if non-conformity is established and upon provision of supporting receipts;

If exchange/repair is not possible, a refund is issued within 14 days of the Company’s receipt of the returned Products.

The Company’s products, trademarks (figurative or not), illustrations, images, designs, models, and logos displayed on the Website remain the exclusive property of the Company. All Website content is copyright-protected.
Nothing in these Terms grants the customer rights to the Company’s intellectual property.
The customer agrees not to download, distribute, reproduce, or modify the Website, in whole or in part.
More generally, the customer undertakes to read and comply with the Website’s Terms of Use, accessible via the provided link.

The Company collects the following personal data: name, email, phone number, residential address, delivery address, and payment details.
Such data is strictly necessary for customer registration and order processing. Data may be shared with third parties contracted by the Company for these purposes.
Collected data is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

The Company is liable only for direct damages resulting from its own fault, negligence, or fraud under these Terms.
Products are for personal/domestic use only and not for resale. The Company disclaims liability for lost revenue or business from resale.
The Company accepts no liability for indirect damages arising from Product use. Loss of or inability to use Products due to events beyond the Company’s control does not entitle the customer to compensation.

In cases of force majeure (as defined under Article 1218 of the French Civil Code), the Company’s obligations are automatically suspended without liability.
The Company will notify customers of such events within eight (8) days. If suspension exceeds thirty (30) days, the customer may cancel their order and will be refunded promptly.
If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining clauses remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by French law, excluding the Vienna Convention on International Sale of Goods, without prejudice to applicable local consumer protections under Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (“Rome I”) or other conflict-of-law rules.
Unresolved disputes between the Company and EEA consumers may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.
In line with French consumer law, the Company adheres to the mediation service of the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP), 39 avenue Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 75008 Paris (France) – https://www.cmap.fr/.
If you are based in the EU, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you may also file a claim online: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If not settled amicably, disputes will be submitted to French courts, without prejudice to consumer rights under Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (“Brussels I bis”) or other applicable laws.
